Dr. Anne Sisson Runyan is in the School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Cincinnati, USA. Her publications include Global Gender Politics (Routledge 2019), the co-edited volumes Gender and Global Restructuring (Routledge 2000, 2011, and a third edition in progress) and Feminist (Im)Mobilities in Fortress(ing) North America (Routledge 2013), and a host of articles and chapters in the field of feminist international relations in which she has been recognized as an eminent scholar. She has served as a Fulbright Visiting Research Chair at York University in Canada where she begun her current research program on nuclear colonialism and as a vice president of the International Studies Association and an associate editor of the International Journal of Feminist Politics.runyanas@ucmail.uc.edu

Dr. Tiara Na'puti is a global and international studies assistant professor at the University of California, Irvine. She studies issues of militarism and sovereignty in the Pacific Islands, specifically Guåhan/Guam. As an Indigenous Chamoru (familian Robat & Kaderon), she is committed to understanding how Indigenous communities address issues of political status as well as militarization and climate change. Na’puti earned her M.A. and Ph.D. in communication studies at The University of Texas at Austin. She has published in journals including American Quarterly, Communication and Critical/Cultural Studies, Quarterly Journal of Speech, and Feminist Studies. Her public scholarship about militarism in U.S. territories has appeared in venues such as In These Times and Common Dreams. And she testified at the United Nations Special Political and Decolonization Committee (4th Committee) on the political status of Guåhan. She's a member of the Native American and Indigenous Studies Association (NAISA), the National Communication Association and the Rhetoric Society of America.tnaputi@uci.edu  

Riley Taitinfong is a researcher and educator working on issues of environmental justice, Indigenous self-determination, emerging technologies, and community engagement. She completed her PhD in Communication at the University of California San Diego, where her project focused on Indigenous governance of genetic engineering technologies known as gene drives. Riley is currently a postdoctoral researcher with Udall and the Native Nations Institute, working on the implementation of CARE Principles of Indigenous Data Governance within data repositories. As a CHamoru researcher, Riley is committed to building cross-movement solidarity among Indigenous communities from Oceania to Turtle Island.rtaiting@ucsd.edu

Dr. Anna Weichselbraun holds a research and teaching postdoc (2018-2024) in the Department of European Ethnology at the University of Vienna. She earned a PhD in Anthropology from the University of Chicago (2016) with a dissertation on the International Atomic Energy Agency’s safeguards system, and completed a postdoc at Stanford University's Center for International Security and Cooperation where she published commentaries on the IAEA and the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. Her work draws on semiotic analysis to examine how technology, knowledge, and political values combine to form the “common sense” of global technological governance in the Anthropocene. Her book manuscript “The Order of Nuclear Things: Making Safeguards Technical” is currently under review at Cornell University Press. She has published articles from her research on the IAEA in Cultural Anthropology and PoLAR: Political and Legal Anthropology Reviewanna.weichselbraun@gmail.com
